I’m writing to you because I appear to have stumbled upon a peculiar effect relating to the restructuring of water with no discernible energy input (something akin to the orgone box of Wilhelm Reich). This effect can be measured indirectly by “charging” carbonated beverages exhibiting more energetic nucleation reactions than non-charged controls (they become much more “fizzy” when agitated by porous candies). The effect is 100% repeatable. I will attach a monograph by Dr. Steven Haltiwanger who drinks my water exclusively and has experienced a quite dramatic reversal of grey hair as have many others.
