Daiwa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.(www.daiwa-pharm.com) i Japan fremstiller et kræftmiddel, BIOBRAN 1000, som er naturligt, næsten økologisk.
Hovedingrediensen er arabinoxylan et kulhydrat som findes i risklid, og som er beslægtet med modificeret citruspektin (MCP) og beta-glucan, to andre kræftmidler.
Daiwa modificerer arabinoxylan på samme måde som MCP er modificeret.

BIOBRAN 1000 indeholder også nogle bakterier af typen Bacillus subtilis var. natto, nogle tarmbakterier som producerer vitaminet K2. Så det er et eksempel den rosværdige fremgangsmåde at behandle kræft med tarmbakterier.

Daiwa har 20 års erfaringer med BIOBRAN 1000, og det anvendes i 50 forskellige lande, fortæller de. Selvfølgelig ikke officielt i Danmark.
